Sewer and drain installer 

Job Summary

Compensation depending on experience. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Drain Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and construction, with the ability to follow instructions and work safely. This role involves removing and installing drains. The ideal candidate is going to have liner, pipe burst and or trenchless sewer service experience. We are open to training hard working, ambitious, candidates.

Duties

1. Excavate, Saw-Cut, and Jack Hammer in order to perform repairs on drainage systems, including pipe threading and installation plumbing tasks.
2. Utilize hand tools and welding equipment safely and effectively for repairs.
3. Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are accounted for after each job.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding services performed.
6. Perform work safely, effectively and efficiently

Requirements

• Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and construction plumbing practices. 
• Ability to use hand tools effectively; experience with welding is a plus. 
• A valid drivers license with minimum five years driving experience is mandatory. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact team members effectively. 
• A maintenance person or carpenter background is advantageous for this position. 

Service Plumber

Job Summary 

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. A versatile residential service and repair technician is ideal. This candidate is going to be confident in presenting prices to clients for recommended work and is client satisfaction oriented. This potential team member is expected to be polite, courteous, and professional at all times.

Duties-

• Sales and presentation experience
• Perform field service calls for plumbing repairs
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to plumbing codes
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians on construction projects
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot plumbing problems
• Handle heavy lifting when moving materials or equipment

Experience

• Proven experience in residential service and repair plumbingKnowledge with all tools and equipment required to get the work done. ( rooter, saws, pro press, sewer cam, tablets, phones etc.)
• Knowledge of assembling and disassembling plumbing components
• Service Titan mobile knowledge is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience as a maintenance person in different fields and personal hand tools is preferred
