Julian was very friendly, professional, and experienced. Red Lilly quoted me a diagnostic for a gas leak that was 1/4 the cost of another plumber... that's not a misprint, 1/4 the charge of a competitor. Not only that, they were available to come the same day. So I really can't be happier. Work was done, leak was gone. That said, one worry I have—which will not detract from my 5-star rating—is when I asked about the warranty, the answer I got was that it was very, very short. I won't give specifics because it varies from job to job, but I had an electrician come for a repair that was lifetime, so this was disappointing. Still, I'm very happy with the visit.

Charles is experienced, professional, honest, and kind. If you're going for Red Lilly, I highly recommend requesting Charles even if you have to wait. After many hours of research, I went with the personal recommendation of Red Lilly. While I understand companies work with many technicians, my advice is to ensure there is clarity and alignment on the scope of work. I experienced firsthand the difference between someone of Charles' expertise and the complete opposite—someone who I believe was trying to take advantage of me by not thoroughly making an effort and quoting more for unnecessary work. If I hadn't stood up to him while he was mansplaining, he'd be knocking down walls for a full repair. In the end, I thank Red Lilly's office for working to reconcile the less-than-ideal first visit with Charles' A-team instead. Thank you for your support and service.

The representative John, a well-seasoned expert in his field, I later learned of 43 years, showed up and just by looking at him when he walked in the door, in a beautiful uniform with a great smile and a big bag of tools with the parts, I knew my day was going to end happily ever after.
